Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness Meditation is a wonderful way to learn wise ways of navigating change, finding resilience, lowering stress and anxiety, and fostering true connection and well-being. All are welcome! The course is offered free of charge.

Kristen is completing her 2-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher certification program, offered by the Awareness Training Institute and the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley.
