Erin Henshaw will lead a short pre and post-plunge program to ease your transition into the cold water. Cold plunges are great for reducing illness and inflammation and creating happy chemicals in the mind and body. Bring a bathing suit and towel, and plan to plunge to your own comfort level in terms of depth and time. We’ll aim for a few minutes in the water. Warm drinks served after! $15 suggested donation. 2:00-3:30PM, meet at the marina bar.
