Erin Henshaw is coming back to lead us in another post-holiday group cold plunge! She will guide participants through a short pre and post-plunge program to ease your transition in and out of the cold water. Cold plunges are great for reducing illness and inflammation and creating happy chemicals in the mind and body. A relaxing experience for that Thanksgiving recovery - get high on your own supply with us!
Bring a bathing suit and towel, and plan to plunge to your own comfort level in terms of depth and time. We’ll aim for a few minutes in the water. Meet at 11AM in the marina - we’ll start upstairs right after our regular 10-11AM yoga class. $10 suggested donation.
